I am leaving by car from Chicago in about 5 minutes... three day road-trip with plenty of thriftin', road-side attractions, and sleepin' in the car awaits... and then I will see you all in Vegas, for the bus tour, on Friday, and the MONDO on Saturday!

Glad to hear the 'prescription' worked for you - The Good Doctor would NEVER steer you wrong! For those of you who have yet to try it out, take the Reverend's testimony: "It works!"
It's posted somewhere in the 'Hangovers' thread, but for all of you headin' to MONDO (especially those of you who'll be trying to get to church for Easter...), here it is:
3 'Super B-Complex' tablets (I use 'Nature Made' brand in the big-ass jar from Costco)
3 'Soya Lecithin' softgels (again 'Nature Made' brand from Costco)
3 aspirin 325mg (I use 'Kirkland Lite Coat' the Cosco house brand)
I don't think the brand name is all that important, but just remember to take this 'cocktail' with a big glass of water BEFORE you go to bed, and the next day, you'll swear BY it (not AT it!)
Oh, and things may be a little, uh, 'day-glo' the next morning too...
To all MONDO attendees: HAVE TOO MUCH FUN AND TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES!!
And to those that aren't going, take consolation in the fact that OASIS is only 24 days away...

Damn & double damn, looks like I'm not gonna be able to make it to MONDO this weekend for reasons I don't even want to go into. So while all you T.C. revellers are sipping mai tais and swaying in the desert breeze to exotic island rhythms I'll be biting the ears off my chocolate easter bunny. Hope to see plenty of pics next week though, so don't ferget to pack the camera (and Doctor Z's hangover remedy).

I'll be there with my lovely wahine Lika. I'll certainly try the Doctor's recipe, if it doesn't cure the hang over It may just bring you luck at the tables.
The only easter chocolate I'll be having will be a chocolate mud slide (can that be possible?)

For another hangover remedy, my friend Nurse Trixie recommends 2 charcoal capsules (you can buy 'em at Savon or your local drugstore) and a glass of Miracle Water or Pedialyte before going to sleep. Atomic Cocktail swears by it.
(Just make sure you don't take the charcoal capsules within 2 hours of any meds you might be taking as it will absorb it.)
