Thanks for visiting, guys!

Lake Surfer, I gotta keep pushing up the levels or else I'm going to sink in the ocean of all the other cool stuff people are showing here on TC!

Yeah, whoops! Where's the Pig Boat, Jonesy?!

Crap, just when I got GROG back together he went and got his brains blown out again. You've only got so many lives left, my Neanderthal Brother!

Maddogmike, yeah the Fresh Pork Show is shaping up nicely so far. Frankenpig looks all wired up and ready to wreak some ruinin!!
http://www.tikiroom.com/tikicentral/bb/viewtopic.php?topic=35377&forum=12&4

LLT, I thought pigs couldn't fly either, put then one of them invented the airplane!

Now back to these mugs! I finally got them glazed courtesy of Babalu's Magic Kiln. Thanks for the use of your studio, Sir BabaO'Riley!

Lil' Tuff Guy about to spring off the base!

I think the white glaze on the inside gives it rather a coconut flavor, don't you?

This one is basically the same Ali'i style that I've carved out of wood before. Seemed to be a good shape for a mug, thought I.

Thanks for stopping by and blah, blah, blah!

Bowie

GROG correct! Bai keeps me humble all right She's a very talented artist and I feel honored to have met her!

Here's my latest. It's a mug!

This girl was very difficult to photograph. Thanks Babalu for the help!

The hair piece is a separate lid with a hole for stickin' a straw into.
I think the piece works well either way. I didn't like the look of the hollow head, so I added the lid.

It's hard to see it, but the pendant is a little Tiki. For size reference, here she is with a familiar face.
Actual height including the hair is 9 1/2".

Next she goes into the kiln to meet the fire of Pele!!

Thanks for looking!

Nuts, just nuts.

If you had any more talent built up in you, you'd explode.

Oh sorry, never say explode to a mug maker.

Beautiful work!
