Hey Skinny...opening is Saturday night 7-12...with a band also. I'm hoping to try and make it up there but I have another engagement so I'm not sure yet.
DNH...it is tough to get.....but just think "crappy left over cells from a failed Saturday morning cartoon" art and it all becomes clear.
I could always just line up 345 pieces of paper to poop on, hit with some paint pens and puff paint and then call them "studies"

no you couldn't.....
even if you tried reeeeeeal hard....
and it's ink/tissue paper and sumi ink-sometimes sharpies for the paper...
didn;t you get the memo?

oh and ur 'bottoms up' looks great on the wall at Underground Salon...not sure i dig the venue tho...all mine are like 7 feet up on the wall above the stylist's stations...and urs is right by the hair washing stations...or are those giant BIDETS(???)

Just got some new stuff done as I finally got off my butt and did some clay sculpting with Babs last weekend....
here is a quick 2 hour mug I did....Thanks BABS!
another shot thanks too 4wd...of my skull booby mug.
I also just finished up a new painting for a show in Santa Ana that opens next month...it's not tiki but still thought some of you might like a look....and it has octopi!

Wow Dave, man that octopi vs the robot dudes is really cool. Tasty colors and mood. I like the buss up robots littering the sea bed. You and I have been on a similar kick lately with the Octo and robot trip. I dig the combo of the two.
