surfintiki here is that cedar log. Im really like
the feel of this wood.
Lots of head room for a Lono this time. I'M a little
worried about the base not much room for the feet.

OH DUDE, you are SO psyched! That is such a perfectly shaped one for tiki creating too. Mine are stubs with branches. At least no bugs!
Great start, I bet this one is gonna look bee-u-tee-ful.

Seeks, you are on fire!!! Maybe you can try the feet like this style (wrap them over the front?) I know you'll get it perfect!!!
Ohhh yeah, and I was just starring at the picture of your last carving next to your new one and never really noticed how realistic the hands were. Incredible!!

WOW , Boy !
excellent start.
I'm not worrying about the feet. You found the way to carve them like a master on the waffle boy. It looks like you have enough wood, especially if you do what Tikifreak1 said.
Good luck,
Benjamin.

surfintiki - thanks bro a friend at work gave me a couple cedars and couple
maples the maples are larger than the cedar.
tikifreak - that shot has been my bread and butter for the last 3 tikis
and i haven't put it away yet.
conga - I might have the body down, but I'm hoping the imagination
kicks in later down the road. Right now they are pretty much copy's.
G - thanks much, this ceder is cool alittle chippy at the wrong angle for sure.
benella - thanks, I don't think I'm going for realistic feet this time
it will be close to tikifreaks suggestion.
Benz - I look him over good and plenty.
I'm not open to retail as of yet. Maybe when the wife gets tired of
tikis all over the place?
Robin - Na. I'm going to look at him to death.

Well Seeks, I'm Sure he is looking better than the last pic you posted and I KNOW he will just be incredible. SO, if you aren't up for retail just yet, Just send him over here and let him enjoy my company for awhile. And when you are ready to get him back, send a letter to my customer service department, they are open 9 to 5
om April 1 every year and they will try to arrange to get him back to you for further upgrades and enhancements, but you have to promise not to take too long.
How ever long you have been carving doesn't matter as you were a Natural born wood carver and the Ancients live at your house eventhough you may not have seen them yet. They want ME to have this Lono, Ask 'em.

Mooney - Thanks Its been a horrible winter as far as surf time.
Been working allot of OT.
Benz - Thanks for the humor and the kind words.
Tahitiki - Yes there is room for the feet but what i
was trying to say was I'm worried about the size of the
base after i put the feet in. I was thinking base but
typed feet. I'm sorta dyslexic at times.
