We started hanging some art last night. Maybe 30% of the show is now hung!!!! Great Art!!! Great Ideas!!
Thanks to Babalo and Tobanga and Little Lost Tiki for there help....It is fun watching Artist try to use a hammer....
We will be playing this new album from Dewy at the show also!!!!!

Just hope BigToe doesn't screw up the flow on his shift tonight!
Bamboo Ben made 2 BRAND NEW pieces for the gig and they're WAAAAAAAY cool!
Robb Hamel's velvets-what can i say that hasn't already been said.... wowza
Babalu's Lapatiki and Super-detailed Babaloon mug are perfect for the theme
and add a nice lustre to the lineup..
Tobunga"s paintings are so much more impactful in person!
his "March of the Tiki Gods" is something special!
David Calver's trippy colored pencil drawings are
funny,enigmatic,and powerful,despite their size...
Hodadhank's ULTRATANG is too cool for this world!
people will be talking about it for a long time...
I'm imagining lots of photo-ops next to that little big guy!
We put TANG right near Tobunga's Godzilla and Rodan Tiki pieces..
Perfect fit!
I got's 3 BIG EPIC showcase pieces
and 2 lil ones and they fit perfectly between BooBen and BUNGA!
Guess who made a last minute appearance at the FREAKOUT?

I'll also have a few 8x10 pen & ink and watercolor pencil sketches in carved frames for a beachcomber price.
I won't be able to get the painting there until a few hours before the show starts, sorry Wildesville.
Can't wait to see all the great artwork in person, it always is better in person!

I am dirty, that I admit, but I try to clean up a bit on the weekends, when I go out.
But I sure as Hell aint a Hippie,

My parents were barely Hippies,
I eat meat, not twigs and berries.
no freedom rock, only exotica, and meloow loungy surf, since its a tiki only art show,
the rippin surf stuff is gonna be at a different show Steve said is comin up in a month or so.
