AMATEURS....
All I'm gonna say is that we have paint,canvas,and some puppies...
No demos,but you can ask questions and watch how easy it is!
Jeff-C'mon down and do some spinning!
We'll have at least 2 artists painting
Another cleaning our brushes (Clysdalle)
Steve-the owner
and maybe 4-5 other people with No Lives and nothing better to do...
enough for a DJ to spin for...
I'm gonna try and go straight from work...
so somebody bring some trail mix or somethin!

the Function was to present a readable brief explanation of the painting next to it.....
the font on those pricetags was UNREADABLE!
UNREADABLE=lower sales....
really bad choice....
Half way thru the show
most people were experiencing slurred speech and blurry vision
and focusing on a nametag/pricetag with a bad font
was highly undesirable...
I imagine most folks tried to read it/gave up/then just looked at the art...
I had at least 10 people who loved the "Guardians of the Plumeria"
but they didn't know the title
BECAUSE they couldn't read the tag....
Amateurs...
that's it...
you can have the soapbox back...

I started a new one for the Tiki mag show
and will be working on it that night....
(i bet the Tiki magazine show will have readable pricetags.....)

Now 100% Easier to read while in "Mai Tai Vision".
So now there's no excuse for you not to take home an original work of art from our modern day Tiki savants!
So bring your favorite Tiki mugs down with you, we will be serving Mai Tais at the bar! 7 pmish-midnightish

Marty the Party and Myself will try to make it tomorrow,I should be driving into the O.C. in the morning.
Any time I can drink a cocktail with great art around me is a good time. Plus I can take some photo's I missed from the last time around..........
