Big Bamboo. Nicely paired with a Double Del and chicken soft taco.

Beachbum's Own. My first drink with Licor 43; very interesting flavor, in a good way.

I haven't heard that one before. I always knew it as Found On Rubbish Dumps.

Fix Or Repair Daily, Fails On Race Day, Four Old Rusty Doors, Failure Of Research and Development, For Old Retarded Drivers...The list goes on and on. But it could be worse. I could be driving a Chevy

Tonight it was lets see what I can mix together taste test....
.5oz lime juice
1oz Looza Passion Nectar
1oz Pyrat Pistol
1oz Kahana Macadamia Nut
.5oz Cruzan Blackstrap
.5oz cinnamon syrup (sippin safari)
Shaken w/ice
pretty good, blends well and you can taste the different ingredients.
Starting off I put the Cinnamon and Blackstrap together with .5oz Macadaima and it tastes like candy so I knew I was on to something!!!! That may be its own cocktail.

Looks like Beach Bum Scott and I are on similar wavelengths on the world wide intraweb!!
.5 oz lime
2 oz orange
.5 oz passion syrup
1 oz Sailor Jerry (ok, stop laughing - it was a 'thank you' bottle from a coworker)
1 oz Appleton Estate
I'll just say it's, well, yeah - nothing special. I'll save the Sailor Jerry for those who ask if I have any.
Wondering what I could have added here......besides not using the spiced super sweet rum.

Maybe some bitters, or some absinthe/pernod. I don't know if they'd be strong enough to take over the Sailor Jerry sweet, Christmas-y flavor, but it would add some classic cocktail depth.
