Good call Jon. Stay away from the Rum Babalu. Next thing you know you’ll be making em at home.

started with an Angry Chair white IPA, followed by a healthy pour of Zaya 12 y.o. (neat), followed by a Bearded Pelican chocolate porter, then a Ballast Point Pineapple Sculpin, and now a Red Hook ESB...

Hey Mike , Drink looks great! Is your recipe anything like the one in the Atomic Grog?

Tribute to The Mai-Kai Cobra's Kiss by The Atomic Grog, May 2012. (Photo by Hurricane Hayward)
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce orange juice
3/4 ounce falernum (see above)
1/2 ounce fassionola (see above)
1 ounce gold Jamaican rum
1 ounce dark Jamaican rum
(Kohala Bay or equivalent; see below)
1/4 ounce grenadine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/4 teaspoon Pernod
Blend all ingredients with around a cup of crushed ice for no more than 5 seconds. Pour into a glass or goblet, adding more ice to fill. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Jon. Noticed that you do not use simple or rock candy syrup. Dats the way I gulp mine.
Cheers

I've got Irish IPA and American ESB here.

trying out that Guinness nitro-infused IPA. (widgets in the cans btw). it's, eh, serviceable i guess. dont taste like no IPA though. maybe like a Guinness-Stout lite...

That's the recipe I've been doing. Making it a lot lately. Experimenting with different rums.

Last night had friends over and made lots of drinks. Started with Cobra's Kiss, went on to 151 Swizzles, then Stiggins daiquiris followed by Big Bamboos and a banana Daiquiri and more Stiggins.

Swizzles were the only thing I remembered to photograph.
