Well i am sure it really just a matter of being invited there and i'd agree that it is unfortunate that the other places missed this chance to invite him.
Cana in not a bar to be trifled with, the bar staff is skilled, talented, fresh and humbly learning-- having only spent one evening there, i'll go out on a limb and say that i would recommend it as a destination bar of the highest quality-- to bad it is all the way up in L.A..
