Aloha and bonne année to everybody
Thank you soooo much for your support
I know I'm not posting very offen recently.. but still a Tiki fan and try to do my place
so for answering you question Tiki-vivi, I'll suggest you to start with a "grain" clay (sorry I don't know the name in english..) It's a clay with little bit of kind of sand.
It's more easier. you'll not have craks if you mold with this one. and most of it.. it make a really interesting texture on the mug or whatever. for example you can see the unkle mo or the "mermaid" when you glaze it.. it already looks like a stone.
here is some creation , I hope you'll enjoy them.
thank you
Baï
for this one I think I'm going to do a "serie".. can anybody tell me the real word for this? I know it's not serie...

Thank you so much for you're replie & tip!
All of youre creations are amazing, but I'll think you know it by now
It would be cool if you'll keep posting here even if it isn't often.
I'll be looking forward to see more of you're tiki-tastic artworks!
One more question though... do you use self-drying clay, or do you use the oven to dry the clay?
Take care & have fun with all that you're doing!
Greetings Vivian.
-I think it is called a serie or a set / or maybe a production line...-

Mon Deu!
did i spell that correctly?
WOW...
a Dr. Zaius CandleHolder
Mugs with tongues
Black Velvet moaiKavakavas
Cobra VooDoo mugs!
Uncle Mo
a Big Joe
and more!
YOU HAVE BEEN BUSY!
I don't mind waiting to see your newest creations
It's always Well Worth it.....
and it's called a "series"
for mugs and prints, you could also call it a "run"
as in Print run
But your English is very understandable
and your masterful creations speak with love
which everyone can understand!

Unkle Mo looks like he just stepped off Easter Island! "WOW" is all I can say! Big Joe and the Planet of the Apes guy (Dr. Zaius??) are EXCELLENT! I never would have thought to go with Planet of the Apes but it seems to fit right in! Lovely work Ms. Bai and thanks for sharing with the rest of us .

Amazing!
I love Dr Zeus' bottom finish, a part often neglected in ceramics, but my favourite is definitely the Moai.
