What about Lala the Exotica Girl of the internet age. Star of one of the first and most popular podcasts ever made Tiki Bar TV.
You can still see her dancing to exotica music in just about every episode of Tiki Bar TV
She was the the star of a really cool retro pin up calendar.

I'm surprised there hasn't been any mention of Nova from The Planet of the Apes and Beneath the Planet of the Apes- Actress Linda Harrison. Different circumstances but there is still a Castaway element in the Planet of the Apes and I think she fits.

Sorry, but we are getting really into "stretching it" territory here again. An EXOTICa girl should have something EXOTIC about here, something ethnic, something from an EXOTIC land - not OUTER SPACE. That would be an OUTER SPACE GIRL, then.
