Sorry it's been so long since my last update. The last three chemo drugs that I was on were really kicking my butt. I cold just make it to work, get home and go to sleep. Then I would start all over the next day.
I'm off all of the old drugs, and I'm on a new one that has very few side effects, so other that being completely run down from my low white blood cell counts, I'm doing okay. The chemo is keeping the cancer at bay, and that's pretty much all I can ask for right now.
Thank you so much for all of the thoughts, prayers and well-wishes. I cannot express in words how much better they make me feel.
Thanks to Mieko, Ookoo and Sabu for keeping me company and helping me keep the house under control, and thank you to the Chop folks for helping me keep the lawn under control.
A special thanks to Mieko for organizing all these events for me.
And thanks to MadDogMike for making sure I get a get well card in the mail every week which will invariably knock me on my ass laughing.

Ah damn Kate I do miss you and your funny little dry humor posts  Mostly I just miss you. Glad the new meds have few side effects, more energy is in store I hope. Hope you will make it out to Oasis for a few hours or so maybe the auction? I do hope to see you. You have wonderful friends girl and you are loved.... You kick ass!
