Thanks Mike! No, this is digital. The Moai painting a page back has been my only acrylic thus far. After the mermaid is complete I plan on starting another acrylic.

Thanks Chris! I want to make my own painted frame for that painting. Once I do that I will post pics and you can let me know what you think then! I certainly wouldn't mind my first painting hanging next to Cosmo!

Looks great. It's fun to go back and see how things have changed: the right foreground coral is completely different now, the Partenon has disappeared, etc
Hope you get involved in the Swap, they are great fun

Thanks Mike! I still intend to add some sort of ruins somewhere...
I already have a sketch for the swap (it's in the 2nd page of that thread)...I hope to paint that one!
