Heard from a lot of the SoCal Ohana that they are trying to come up for this crawl...would be awesome to see some of you up here for it!

Thanks for the bump and the info Liz!

Hoping to see many from near and far make it up this way for our humble crawl...

Seven weekends away...start making your plans now!

I need all who are hosting to take a look at the tentative schedule and let me know if this will work for everyone...I will also need you to send me via PM or email
DOrzol1@yahoo.com your addresses and telephone numbers please.

Just like last year, I will compile a list that will be available for crawlers at each stop, so your addresses and telephone numbers will not be published here. If you are from out of the area and need information for a particular stop, please PM or email me and I will provide the information to you. Once you make a stop on the crawl, the remaining locations will be available there.

Tentative schedule:
Friday October 8th, 2010:

Keno Kai (Matt the Cat and Tiki Mookie-Matt & Melody)
7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Saturday October 9th, 2010:

Bullet (kingstiedye) 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m

Chief Bartender (Sean) 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Chattarunga-Tiki Garage Sale and White Elephant Tiki Exchange (Psycho Tiki D and tikihammer-Duane and Ami) 2:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Tacky Tiki (Barbara, I need to know if you are in asap) 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Vamp's Tiki Lounge (Marlene, with the Martini Kings) 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Sunday:

The Jungle Room (danlovestikis-Dan and Wendy Cevola) 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

My Tiki Room (LiddleLola-Darilyn) 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

rugbymatt (Matt) 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Brenda's Tiki Hut (Brenda) 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or beyond?

So, if this works for everyone, let me know. This is the first draft and times/destinations may change prior to the crawl

See everyone soon!

Psycho Tiki D (I know I am and this list proves it)!

Sign me up for 90 minutes. People will need some time to recover after seeing Bullet's amazing collection. And since I have the noon hour, I'll plan on food and some starter cocktails.

And is anyone interested in a Sunday morning breakfast at Pancake Circus before viewing the wonder that is The Jungle Room?

Sounds like a lot of drunken merriment, PTD. Again, thanks for organizing again this year. The crawl, especially with Wendy's fabulous mug, is certain to be an affair to remember.

Anyone needing a place to crash, is welcome at my house. First confirmation gets the guest room with queen size bed. Others get the couch and floor.

Chief Bartender, Pancake Circus is always fun. Anyone up for Lil Joe's out on Del Paso one morning as well?

I'm good to go for my time on Saturday (sent you an email Duane). What a great line up for the weekend. My placed is booked solid for over-nighters but there are hotels close by. Here is a link to a couple and you can Google zip code 95648. I am close to Rocklin and Roseville also.

THUNDER VALLEY CASINO is just down the road from me and they have a brand new hotel. They advertise rooms from $99.00

STAYBRIDGE SUITES is the closest hotel right on Highway 65 with suites starting at $99.00

Is anyone willing to drive an out-of-towner around for the weekend (I can gladly kick in for fuel). I don't know the area at all and will also have a very full vehicle as I am stopping on my way to Vegas for a different event that I produce.

My current plan is to depart Portland on Friday morning and hit Sacramento in the late afternoon / early evening.

Keith from Portland

Brenda has very generously offered to help me out this year (a huge thank you).

Looking forward to meeting you guys. I've been to the Portland Tiki Kon twice now and had a blast each year.

I am working on my own project here in Portland.

Thanks again for making me feel welcome.

Keith

A couple of tweaks to the schedule...

Chief Bartender will extend to 1:30 p.m. giving his stop an hour and a half.

Vamp's stop will end at 11:00 p.m.

Wendy will have the event mug available at all of the stops, but if we could get an idea of how many crawlers will be attending and on which days, that would not only give Wendy an idea of how many mugs to bring all three days, it would help the hosts plan out what they will need.

Mahalo,

PTD

Hello Wendy and everyone,

Yes, count Tonja and I in. I left a message previously back on May 14 under "The quin". Please sign Tonja and I up to buy one mug and to participate in the Sacto Crawl. Wendy, Tonja and I came up and said hello while Dan and you were eating at the Bali Hai restaurant during Tiki Oasis. It was nice to see you both.

All-- on another note -- I've tried over a year with multiple e mails to our moderator to change my user name from "TheQuin" to "TikiFig". I've never heard back once. Does anyone have an idea on how to get this done?

Thank you.

Bill Fig

This schedule looks fantastic, Duane!

I'm happy to see so many hosts participating this year. And also glad that the starting times are a little later, too.

I look forward to crawling with y'all...

Duane...my thanks to you a hundred times over. All your hard work in coordinating this is soooooo appreciated.

Wendy darling...are you going to need an armed escort with the mugs? LOL
