A little more on the Sacramento Crawl mug.
Wendy will have the mugs available at each crawl stop.
The cost of the mug will be $50.00 each. This will be limited to one per family at this point.
This essentially covers materials, the mold and the costs associated with producing this. Not really any margin in this for labor.
However, depending on availability Wendy will be selling additional mugs for $70.00 each. I believe Wendy will still be making these after the crawl and selling them if you do not have an opportunity to purchase one this weekend, you probably will in the future.
Thank you for the support!

The master at work...Wendy is doing some "test glazes" on chips here and did I count 46 mugs in the last picture?
All I can say is "Wow"!

Check out today's Sacramento Bee food and wine section for Coral Reef's salad dressing and Mai Tai recipe. Makes me want to make a cocktail and eat some pupus

Hi everyone, Duane can count, I didn't know that. I have stopped pouring mugs as of yesterday, I have 50. I don't know how many will survive as I go through each step. Next I will sand and carve the clay where lettering was lost as the mold deteriorated. Clay dust is also very toxic so I'll be back in my hazmat suit.
Because the mug (Duane) started this project going I've decided to call my kiln shed the Wendy's Zombie Hut.
Clock is ticking, Wendy

OOOOH! Look at that purty kiln, all shiny and new. If my kiln was that clean I'd be out there every morning brushing my teeth in it
How fun on your new adventure!
PS - We need a bigger picture of you in your hazmat suit!

Sign me up for 90 minutes. People will need some time to recover after seeing Bullet's amazing collection. And since I have the noon hour, I'll plan on food and some starter cocktails.
And is anyone interested in a Sunday morning breakfast at Pancake Circus before viewing the wonder that is The Jungle Room?
