I've got to say, that was very well done! Good interview segment up front followed by a very enjoyable cocktail presentation. I've seen so many of these and they can get dry easily, but you kept it lively. Big thumbs up for the host and the Desert Oasis room! And a terrific display of vintage mugs. Me and my 1920x1080 monitor very much appreciate the HD presentation.
If you're going to do more of these in this format, my only recommendation is that you show the complete recipe at the end so the viewer can pause to jot it down. Otherwise, well done!

Great episode Chris! Makes me think Poly Pop should get his own spinoff "Poly Pop's Tiki Roadshow"...he could just cruise around the country telling people what their Tiki stuff is and what it's worth. I'd watch it! Also, nice interview with Jack "Mr. Bongo" Costanzo!
