Bill, those are some nice photos! Your Facebook album really provides a complete coverage of all the elements of the grounds.
And Matt, nice to meet you again. Great shot of Danny Gallardo - and Kirby, I have never seen THAT pendant.
Here is my night shot of that car, the one I borrowed your tripod for, Tom:
And here is the mysterious DustyCajun (2nd from L) talking to Mr. Mo-Eye:
And now, the amazing back bar mural/diorama/ installation by MadDogMike:
This has to be seen with the water ripple projection in motion. It was truly hypnotic.
This part of it is a particular favorite of Naomi:
Moon over Mojave Oasis:
Hula girls...
...just like in the 60s at Lake Loreen:
...and a sunset, like in California:

EPIC!!!
wow, to be a part of all of that. Ray and Amy, you two sure know how to kick out one heck of a happening. My wife Amy, and I had the time of our lives! Still floating mind you.
Everything was so surreal...that moon - right? ..damn.. And, the glow of campfires blazing, and warm colored lighting at every turn. The Bands, The Stage. The BAR!! whoa! But most of all, it was you people...you all are really some damn fine folks! It was wonderful hanging with all of you.
Amy and Ray's vision come true has just opened up a whole new chapter. I can't wait to see what prevails as the pages turn.
Let me just say right now, Mojave Oasis 2012 - I"M IN!! save me a spot Queen K.
PS: The pictures ROCK!!

My first smoked rib customer. See the droool on his shirt .
My spicy peach ribs smoked in oak and hickory .
Night mermaid.
Nelson praying to his newly renovated trailer bathroom.
Then the swamp monster emerges from the depths towards the mermaid lounge.
Where he finds his first victims.

One of the best things about Mojave Oasis was the great MUSIC and TUNES provided by our favorite DJ," Big Tiki Dude". Jeff was providing music from sunrise until all hours of the night. Thanks Jeff, looking forward to hearing more music at Tiki Caliente in May.
