Its bigger than it looks. Probably 3' tall, but almost as fat. The color of the wood is spectacular in Sun light. You really knocked it out of the Park!

3 ft!?!? Wow, that just makes it that much more impressive. I would have guessed around 22" - 24". Really amazing work.

That Ku is 28 in tall & 13 in thick.
From an old mango tree.
Next up is a gift for my new friend Hilda.
I'm so excited about this I pushed every thing else aside.
It's a Tiki spoon. But the new twist is
the lono is hanging on to the spoon.
His headdress towering to the sky. [sort-a]
It's palm, 48 in tall.

Great concept and am sure it will be one great looking Spoon Fed Lono. Curious if your making some sort of a base for it to stand on or if it will be mounted to a wall??

I'd need a really big bowl of cereal to eat with that thing! Cool idea and looking really good-those are some deep cuts you made! doesn't even look like it was from a palm log anymore!

Keylo,
That's a good question.
It should be seen from both sides.
I was thinking guitar stand, or
the way ya display a plate type stand.
Ya could hang it & take it down to show it.
We should ask Hilda what kind of room she has
for it & how she wants to display it.

It can go either on the wall behind the bamboo bar or it can go on my fireplace hearth. This is very exciting.
