You're right on Skooter.
It's 2X12 pine From Home Depo. Carves good,
with sharp tools.
That seems some how less romantic
& less significant but still took like 10 hours.

Something more traditional for me.
This is a chunk of Mahogany.
They seem so far away at this point.
