Wow. Last year I saw an xray of my spine and I only had like 1/16 of an inch of disc in L4 and L5. The doctor said it was all gone now. Bone on bone. I couldn't tell with my pain meds. Anyways all went great and the added ceramic and titanium ,then packed it with doner bone. Right now I'm friggin' sore. Thanks for the well wishes.
