I guess the Crowne Plaza let people book rooms faaaaaaaaar in advance...

I just bought my TO12 tickets and booked a room. Was anyone else disappointed not to get a room with a stage view? How could they all be sold out within ten minutes? Excited to be going anyway!

Keep in mind that many booked rooms start to unbook closer to the event so be sure to get on a wait list (i think you can do so with the hotel but ask Otto/Doe for clarification) so you may be able to stay in the room you originally wanted after all.
As far as the symposium tickets those will be going on sale sometime over the next few days 
The site looks great and can not wait for the Spy themed party of the Summer!

I booked my room about 6 weeks ago and bought tickets to the event as soon as they went on sale. Now i just need to get my passport sorted and book my flights. Weekend of rum fueled debauchery here we come.

If booking a room with a poolside view was an option weeks ago, I sure wish someone would have let us know. Seems rather "line-cutting" for the Crowne to let people do that before the site goes live, but now I know for next year to book the day after this one ends, I guess.

Was able to reserve my room mid March after getting a heads up here... or was it the FB page? Either way it's good to subscribe to both threads for early notifications. Also Sandra Dee's feedback is spot on. Many rooms do free up right before Oasis as last min cancellations occur.

It was in this thread earlier, about mid March, a link was posted to reserve a room. The Crowne had nothing to do with it. I saw it only because I have been checking this thread almost daily.

Don't you just LOVE the new Tiki Oasis website! It still has a few kinks we are fixing but thanks to Tidbit Designs for making such an amazing site once again for Tiki Oasis!
There are spies everywhere I didn't know the room-link was leaked. But good news - Thomas is keeping a waitlist of names of folks that are interested in a pool-view room... if anyone cancels he will contact you and let you know if a room opens up!
