Hey Beach Boys fans...
It took almost 40 years, but Smile was finally released yesterday. My local NPR station has been playing it start to finish so I'm getting a pretty thorough listen at work...
Anyone else had a chance to give it a spin? Opinions?

I hear a cut or 2 when I saw Brian Wilson opening night at the Hollywood Bowl this summer.
Great melodies. The lyrics were boy meets girl type, if I recall correctly.

Not too many people know of this album, but it was a favorite of mine from them, called "Holland"

I just bought it yesterday and saw them playing it entirely live a few months ago.
It was really great.
A nice surprise to see Brian Wilson not on drug and having fun with his band.
