We are considering changing the look of the front of our house.
Maybe a Hawaiian gable, maybe I DON'T KNOW
Just thought I would ask if there are some books you folks know about with pictures.
Maybe Hawaiian stlye, Polynesian, Pacific Rim.
You know what I mean.
Thank you in advance
The Baxdog and family

Indeed! Maybe I'll rifle through some of my favourites and see what I come up with, then I can post some pics of some Hawaiian themed midcentury architecture for you to enjoy!

Fish, thank you so much, those are pretty damn good ideas.
It sparked some good talkin sessions.
The front of our house is sixty-five feet wide.
All flat gable, we need to break it up with a gable that turns 90 degrees right over the entry doors.
So in that spirit, we have to start looking for ????? you know when you see those pictures of pools and the pool house behind is this large swooping gable that changes pitch right up to the ridge beam that hangs out.
Just like page 62 and 63 in the B-O-T
Thanks for the participation
BAX
