hey thanks ben!
i made w/ ordinary origami paper which is pretty easy to come by. i don't remember the exact folds (look at the date on my post - almost 3 yrs ago!) but it was super easy. if you look at the pics closely, someone as crafty as you should be able to easily do the same or even better.
