I found this print last weekend. It is on canvas and was glued to cardboard with part of it covered. Under the cardboard at the bottom was July and August 1970. The bottom with the dates was cut off. The artist is Frans Van Lamsweede. Under his signature it says "Hawaii". All I could find on Google was that he was a Dutch cartoonist that moved to the States, did illustrations for calanders and greeting cards, Hanna Barbera, a Peter Pan book, and the movie "This Island Earth".
