I found this website that I hope some tiki centralites may be able to use. It makes massive pics that you can print out like tiles on your own computer. It also has the name "The Rasterbator" meaning loads of inuendo!

Try to use this poster maker software. I have tried it. Created poster looks very well.
P.S. I understand that this is not new thread, but I think this link will help for forum people.
