Recipe: Pear-adise drink - pear nectar based mahalomo Tiki Centralite Joined: Feb 10, 2005 Posts: 70 From: SD, CA Posted: 2005-03-23 5:43 pm   Permalink I had an extra can of Jumex Pear Nectar in the house and mixed up a little cocktail tonight that was surprisingly good. Probably been done before, but worth a try if you're in the mood for something light and easy to drink. It tastes a bit like lemonade somehow: 3 oz. Jumex pear nectar 1.5 oz. coconut flavored rum 1 oz. Triple Sec 1/2 lime, juiced. shake and serve over crushed ice with garnish of choice. (I used a strawberry 'cause they were big, ripe, and cheap at the store.)
