Can anyone tell me about The Aliis, their mugs, and the circumstances in which their mugs were distributed?
This showed up recently on ebay:

The Alii's originaly played with Don Ho. They parted ways and Don played the Polynesian Palace ane the Alii's played other venues. This mug was distributed at their shows. Here's some pics.
The Ebay mug is incomplete. It should have this pedestal
Don, the Man, when he played with the Alii's. Is that Crazy Al all the way to the left?.

the ebay mug is broken. There is a body that goes along with the head, so dont buy it.
I have an extra KU Aliis mug around that I could sell you, but I have to warn you, they usually go for $100+ on Ebay

I picked one up at the Hawaiian Antique Mall (the place is the size of a 2-story 7-11) on Kuhio in Honolulu for $20.

What was your point? are you trying to tell me thats not a truthful statement?
When was the last time you saw one on ebay? Months I'm sure- that should tell you something.

and they aren't.. they show up on Ebay all the time- about 20 times more than the Aliis Ku does- would that make it worth $1463 and at $100 its a steal?
