Has anyone tasted this stuff? It has a great looking decanter. Check it out here:
http://www.ti-toki.com/
I sent an email to inquire about U.S. availability and receive the following response:
Thanks for your enquiry to Phillippa at Federal Geo. Like yourself, we love Ti-toki Liqueur. So much so that we purchased the company after it had almost completely disappeared. We have been concentrating on rejuvenating the domestic market here in NZ but unfortunately we are not geared up for export yet.
There are no sales outlets overseas at present. The only way would be to airmail one to you but unfortunately it is prohibited to mail alcohol into the US unless it is imported by a licenced Dealer. If you know of one, let me know.
Sorry I can't be of further help at this stage.
Best regards,
Lloyd Ellis
Managing Director

Perhaps someone knows of a U.S. distributor willing to take a chance on Ti-toki. Maybe it could become the official liqueur of Tiki Central?

Yes SoBeTiki. Ask if he can sell "display bottles" like Red Rum does with their Red Rum (rum) & Voodoo Spiced Rum bottles (see http://www.redrum.com). It's worth a try.

Great idea, elicia!
Any updates on this situation? I was gonna swing by Hi-Time to pick up another Moai Pisco Decanter so I can check on this Maori Decanter as well if there has been no resolution to this quandry.
I gotta get me one of these Maori Decanters!

Steady on old chap. New Zealand is a highly civilised country with a strong economy. If you were to insult him with a measly $10, he'd be well within his rights to react with the traditional Maori gesture of defiance - the stuck-out tongue.

Ha!
Notice the description starts out with "I'm lightening the load on my husband's bar...".
I wonder if the husband knows!
