Where are the fake flame lamps sold? Does anyone know if there is a smaller size available?

do you mean flicker bulbs?
Home Depot and just about everywhere else (target, kmart some grocery stroes).
They come in regular light bulb size and the candleobra size (thinner size) and I'm sure you could find them in the other obscure sizes too.

Oriental Trading Company (orientaltrading.com) sells these sweet puppies for $15/each.
I've got 4, and they are awesome.
