Tiki Farm was nice enough to donate one of those for the NW Tiki Crawl raffle. I wanted so badly to open up the diorama box and have a closer look at the mug, but I knew it would be wrong...
Thanks for showing those pics so I could see what they look like up close!

I saw this mug in the box in a store in Mexico for $500 pesos ($40 us dollars). How important is this piece? Should I buy it? Is it a good investment as a collector? What do you think?

This was one of the first mugs I ever got: Tiki Oasis 2008. Ghouligans Hut had them open, no car, no swizzle stick for...i think 10 bucks? 15 maybe? I was so happy...

eBay price seems to be about the same:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370298474475&category=29460
I would guess that the price will go up when the economy gets better, but I can't guarantee it.

I paid $5 for mine at the Tiki Farm parking lot sale a couple of years back, but there was no swizzle and no box. I'd definitely like to get my hands on one of the swizzles.
