...now those whipper snappers have got some competition! Billy Barty is dressed to impress in his tophat and tails... what style, what sophistication, what a gorgeous hunk of man! If I could vote Billy would be my choice... God bless him! Sadly girls Billy Barty is no longer with us so you'll just have to kick yourself for not getting to him sooner!
