i just found out about this! from NW Hawaiian Community Activities
KBCS presents an evening with the "Duke of Uke", the legendary Bill Tapia on Saturday September 10th. The concert takes place at the Carlson Theater at Bellevue Community College. Show time is 7:30pm.
Tickets for an evening with Bill Tapia are available online at brownpapertickets.com and also on sale at Dusty Strings in Fremont, the Guitar Emporium in Ballard and Silver Platters locations in Southcenter, Northgate and their newest store at Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue.

Hmmm, I wonder what "The Duke of Uke" thinks of Bill Tapia being labeled that, he probably thinks Bill's being undervalued. Bill Tapia, King of Uke is more like it.
