Well I'm going in for a colonoscopy in a few hours. (Just routine middle age probing and poking.) I'm restricted to clear liquids at this point in time but came up with this recipe idea:
1.5 oz Fleet Phospho-Soda (Ginger-Lemon Flavor)
1.5 oz Silver Puerto Rican Rum
3.0 oz Ginger Ale
dash of Roses lime juice (no fresh lime; pulp and seed issues)
It will knock the crap out of you!

Where the heck do you get Fleet Phospho-Soda?
And that'll do it for "probing" questions from me!

"Fleet Phospho-soda ACCU-PREP is a complete bowel cleansing kit designed to eliminate patient confusion and alleviate anorectal irritation."
Ha!!! That's awesome! Way to spice up your doctor's recommendations! Kudos!

Hope all went well. Take care.

Well, I'm certainly glad everything was OK in the end...

Oh, I thought the name had to do with Naval manoeuvres, specifically within red light districts.
