This is an old ad I found in an 1960's AMerican Builder mag. This says Santa Ana though... same place?

Yeah, it probably would be the same place. Parts of Santa Ana and Fullerton are very close together. I'm not sure where the apartments are in relation to the city centers, but I'd bet that these apartments were probably within Santa Ana territory at one point.

To the best of my knowledge (disclaimer), Fullerton and Santa Ana share no common borders. I would doubt that they are the same.

The picture is the one in Fullerton. It is no longer apartments but condos now.
