It looks like this large Polynesian apartment complex was renamed "Olivewood" in the 70s. Apartments are now sold as condos. $335,000 will buy you a 2-bedroom. Clean and neat complex, although the buildings need to be repainted. Understated Poly-pop architecture - nothing spectactular. No tikis remain, even by the pool. The neighborhood is full of similar A-Frame houses with outrigger beams. Might require further exploration. Here are some photos of the complex.
