Giffard Passion Fruit syrup also contains real passion fruit juice. Treat the rest of Intoxica & the Grog Log as gospel, though!

TraderPup - thanks for the info...if the Bitters are so common around the world, who knows - maybe the liquor store here might actually know about them...if I could get them it will increase the number of recipes I can try (once I get a hold of fresh limes and unseetened Pineapple Juice) from about 5 to maybe even 20..that's great.
Trader Woody - of course I treat Berry's books as gospel...I wouldn't be asking all these questions if wasn't
