BK,

It fires 3" diameter, four pound projectiles. I shoot direct fire (limited elevation) at a 300 meter range. I think I could range out to over a mile if needed. The tikis are only allowed to play with it in the house.

About like a canister shot? Bet it's cool to shoot over water.

BK,

I like solid shot, but I've used canister. We have a big cannon shoot here December 11th. I'm getting ready. They give us various targets at various ranges (cars etc) to shoot at I need to fill a bunch of ravioli cans with cement to use as projectiles. Here's a pic of me shooting two of my cannon at the 4th of July shoot a few years back. I scored some good hits. No tikis allowed there...kevlar is recommended
