Impress your friends and brighten up your drinks cabinet as you learn the techniques of the early tiki mixologists, pioneers like Don the Beachcomber, Trader Vic and Ray Buhen. This five week course is presented by Trader Pedro Reis,
creator of the South London Pacific cocktail menu and will give you
all the basics you need to fix the perfect potent tiki concoction.
This is also the perfect gift for the "would be" cocktail connoisseur, or even perhaps a
loved one who just can't seem to fix a decent drink!
Fee £149-50 for the whole course.
Price includes tuition, spirits & juices, cocktail equipment etc.
