Aloha!
Tonga in Bergen is still open. Have not been there for ages. I believe they open 21.00 every night, but I could be mistaken. Do not expect tiki-drinks. But it is a beautiful bar. I think they have a happy hour every thursday, but again I have not been there for a while. When in Oslo I recommend http://www.akuaku.no/ They serve drinks in tikimugs... And it is a really nice place with an outrigger canoe from the Kon-Tiki museum hanging in the ceiling. The Kon-Tiki museum is also highly recommended!
And yes, bring loads of money for food and drinks!
