Some of the articles include Caribbean cocktails (plus recipes for spiced simple syrup), tropical desserts, and features "In Search of Real Rum". I found this article most interesting, since I have just found Goslings Black Seal Rum. Our mai tais now use Goslings (80 proof not 151) and Appleton Estate Extra rums, along with Trader Vic's Mai Tai mix and lime.
