I've been doing tikis for about 4 years now--need to update my tools & this forum is a good spot to gain 'wisdom' on this--as well as Crazy Als cover on TIKI mag...just check out his mitts for what HE uses!

The main one I wanted to show was this wahine---this is a pine board with only the front carved--I saw a version of this in Palm Springs at Oasis near the Caliente on a street nearby & had to make one of my own--I was gonna keep it but a neighbor of ours bought it--guess i need to carve one for myself

keep on carvin'

Go to shutterfly.
Select and Enlarge your photo.
Right click on it with the mouse, and select properties, you will see a root address format. Select it all httpXXXXXXX all of it.
Now place that in a img format adder as follows (make sure all of the info is there without gaps.
[ img ] then a [ / img ] (Ipurposely placed gaps so no image would show up.
Waiting.

Welcome,
I'm glad we can see your art. Nice wahine. Carving large tikis with a dremel, you have a lot more patience than I do. Thats the hard way.

I don't JUST use a dremel--I used(d) a Sears 'dremel' type all purpose, one of those Wecheer sets which spontaneously crpped out & the dremel, not to mention hand carving tools, knives, rug cutters, chainsaws & DAMN NEAR ANYTHING that gouges this stuff...
oh thanx for the kudos
