I looked through the past posts and couldn't find anything about Zombie Punch. I'm hosting a retro Tiki party soon and I wanted to have a cocktail punch so I wouldn't have to be constantly mixing drinks all night. Any suggestions for Zombie Punch recipes or any other tropical punch would be great. The menu is pretty solid I feel; grilled coconut shrimp, Crab canapes, Mussels and Clams, Deviled eggs, etc. Any food suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.

I posted this in another thread about making drinks in bulk...

when making zombies by the truckload, I use the following:

Pineapple juice (unsweetened)
lime juice
orange juice (not too much)
Apricot Brandy
a light rum
a dark rum
Passion Fruit syrup (homemade!)

Like I said in the first link above, when making drinks in bulk you can't just multiply the amounts equally... so start pouring until you get about 75% full, then add what is needed to taste. your main ingredients should be the rum and pineapple.
