I almost have her done, need some help to figure out what to use for hair preferably long and blond that will withstand weather.

I think she is cute. Just a thought, maybe you can use an old type of mop that you can dye blond. Better yet a synthetic wig. Just brainstorming to help you. Good luck. Would like to see her when finished.
