It has been pointed out that I am not a big fan of sour (tart) drinks. I like more on the sweet side and more on the balanced side. I am having a luau and want to serve a couple or three drinks to the guests and get a variety of flavors. My first thought on the tart tip is the Scorpion Bowl. But I want to hear from the knowledgable fans on the tart side, what their favorite recipes are that are heavier on the citric acid. What "sour" recipe do I serve next to a "Painkiller" for a different flavor?

That Cyro's Special (I think that's the name) that is in Intoxica I believe...
Quite tart. And of course you'd have to like creme de cassis. Some people do not.

Get smallish chimney glass. Fill halfway with ice. Cover with Campari. Squeeze in one lemon slice's worth of juice, drop in lemon.
You want tart, baby? This is very tart.
