I've tried coconut, sable, and queen. All have work fine but I prefer tge coconut. It does seem to hold up better. Dehusking it can be a pain though. Queen is softer and much easier to debark with an angle grinder and 24 grit paper. Sable was also easy to debark, but I do remember a few splinters. And the detail is alot less in that wood as well.
