I'd like to hear from people who've been to the Oakland Museum's annual White Elephant Sale (this year it's March 1-2). I've been before and came home with some great stuff. Is it worth it to pay the extra admission and go on Preview Day (Feb. 2 this year)?

Barnacles!!!, off to Phoenix that weekend. We usually plan on going to Alameda, at least that's the conventional wisdom Staurday night. When Sunday 6am rolls around...no way.
Have not been to the White Elephant sale, but wish to go.
