Can someone explain this to me? 1974? I thought this was a from shag print (sticker) Oogah-Boogah? Or is shags just a copy of something else? Or am I just clueless?

The wrapper is a modern "art" piece made to resemble a 70s wrapper. And they don't mention the artist name but sure looks like this Shag sticker to me:

Shag Tiki Doctcor sticker

Does Shag make gum wrappers, or is this an obvious rip-off?

So is this legal? Getting back to the copywrite issue? Would this guy have to get the ok to use Shag's image?
