Ohia wood... good for carving? |

Making a few trips to the Big Island this winter/spring....and there's lots of Ohia trees on the East side where we will be. Anyone carved it before?

I haven't, but if you send me a piece about 4' long and 14" in diameter I'll give you a full report.

Yes, ohia is nice. Carve it up!
