Aloha-
It has been quite awhile since I posted here. I have been admiring the many talented folks and their work for a long time. This past June I decided I would finally buy some chisels. The one on the right was my first full piece. The blue one was number 2.

These are some pendants that I carved from a Broomstick. They are about 2 inches long

Great job. I really like that Bali hai guy. Now I think brooms are cool.

Hey ChefM,
That's a pretty cool idea on the broom handle carvings....it would be fun to try and do one in which you leave the broom attached. Kind of the "everyday objects to art thing"...the Bali Hai Guy rocks!

A shield with backlighting for the bar.
